When a customer has a problem with a product or equipment and the same is determined to be under warranty, the following steps are utilized:

Customer informs David Pollock at Audio Visual Dallas, Inc. toll free at (877) 934-1740 as to the model number of the product, purchase date, and the nature of the problem.
Audio Visual Dallas, Inc. will either pick up the item or generate a UPS call tag to have it picked up at our expense.
Once the item is received, we will determine the method for alleviating the problem:
We will replace item at no charge to customer, or
We will repair item and return to customer at no charge.

If a products warranty period has expired, it becomes the responsibility of the customer to return the product to Audio Visual Dallas, Inc. If requested, we will issue a call tag for the customers convenience. Estimates can be given for the repair of the item, if requested. Should the customer choose to have an item repaired, upon completion we will ship the item back and invoice customer for repair and freight charges.
