AV Dallas’ Rental Department can provide portable video and audio systems that can be used for presentations, business, and family events. Three main categories of equipment are available for rental:
Projectors: Projectors for Computer & PowerPoint Presentations and for Large Screen Video or DVD Playback.
The number of people and the viewing conditions will determine how bright a projector is needed to deliver a usable image.
• Screens - 6, 7 or 8 foot tripod screens - Recommendations: 6 foot is good for narrow rooms with under 50 guests. 7 foot for up to 95 guests and 8 foot is good for larger events.
• Portable Sound Systems - Portable Sound Systems can be as small as a hand-held portable speaker and microphone, to a dual speaker setup on tripods with wireless microphones
